The Rick Burnett Servant's Heart Award in presented each year in honor of Pastor Rick Burnett, who developed the Backpack Program in Putnam County, and has been instrumental in the growth and development of various programs of service that are still serving Putnam County Schools' students.

Guidelines for nomination:

  • Nominee can be an individual or group/team

  • Nominees should work or volunteer in one of PEP's focus areas: (Essential Human Needs, Backpack Program, Student Achievement, School Safety)

  • The service provided should support Putnam County Schools' students or families

Nominations for the 2024 Rick Burnett Servant's Heart Award are due by Friday, March 29th, 2024, at Noon (CST).
